It should come as no surprise that occasionally, a video is going to get flagged or pinged on YouTube, and subsequently get yanked from the service. In the case of my most recent video, it was pulled due to two separate music claims, as my fiance Dani had her Pandora going on her cell phone, and the songs could be clearly heard in the background. I understand the purpose behind copyright claims, but this is fucking ridiculous; effectively, if any well-meaning person just happens to capture a smidge of audio unintentionally during a video recording, YouTube will smack them down.

 

Well, fuck you very much, YouTube/Google. I have a website of my own for just such an emergency!
